When Miniout Ace detects an issue, the LED indicator will display a specific alert signal.


If Miniout Ace isn’t working as expected, check the common causes and recommended solutions below before contacting support.

🔴 Rapid Red Flashing

(0.5s On / 0.5s Off)

The UV system has detected an error. UV output will stop while water pumping remains available.

🟡 Slow Yellow Flashing
(1s On / 1s Off)

The water pump has detected an error. UV output and pump operation will stop for protection.

🔴🟡 Alternating Red & Yellow Flashing

Both the UV system and water pump have detected an error. The device will stop UV and pump output for protection.

If Miniout Ace isn’t working as expected, check the common causes and recommended solutions below before contacting support.

Problem

No Water Flow After Pressing the Button

Possible Cause

Water hose is not connected properly.

Low battery level.

Pre-filter is not submerged in water.

Solution

Check and reconnect the water inlet hose.

Charge the device.

Fully submerge the pre-filter in water.

Problem

Reduced Water Flow Rate

Possible Cause

Long-term use has caused filter clogging.

Poor water source may have caused the pre-filter to clog.

Pre-filter is not fully submerged, allowing excess air into the internal water line.

Solution

Replace the filter.

Clean the filter and move to a cleaner water source. Replace the filter.

Turn off the device, disconnect the inlet hose to release trapped air, reconnect the hose, and restart the device.

Problem

Poor Filtered Water Quality

Possible Cause

Filter has been used for too long.

Poor water source.

Solution

Replace the filter.

Move to a cleaner water source.

Problem

No Breathing Light

Possible Cause

Battery level is very low.

Poor water source.

Solution

Charge the device.

Move to a cleaner water source.

Problem

Cannot Charge

Possible Cause

Charging cable is not connected properly.

Solution

Check and reconnect the charging cable.

Problem

Outlet Knob Is Difficult to Turn

Possible Cause

Excess water is present on the knob surface.

Solution

Wipe the knob with a dry cloth or paper towel, then try again.
