Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you refuse delivery or request a return due to personal reasons, original shipping costs and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund, where permitted by law.
